Wendy and Marc have been working as a team in the real estate industry for six years. We started our careers with a large multi national real estate agency and worked the southern side of Christchurch.

Our move to Total Realty was based on our heart felt belief that a commission rate of 4% was not necessary in order to market and sell real estate.

We believe that good service should be a given in any industry. At Total Realty we do not compromise on anything but our commission rate.
