At Total Realty we know the Total Package is a fine blend of fair commission rates and uncompromising service.

Commission:  Currently there are many companies charging a disproportionately high fee for the service being offered. At Total Realty we strongly believe that the appropriate commission rate is 1 % + $450 + gst.
